Seasoned in software management tools, media technology, licensing, and acquisitions, Ms. Colón develops creative solutions for efficient negotiations, enhancing relationships along the way. She has a proven track record of implementing real-time solutions in the course of dealings and facilitating the closing of “un-closable” deals. She has spearheaded privacy and data protection as lead privacy counsel, remotely bridging gaps interdepartmentally with proven results. From company audit to process development and implementation, Ms. Colón has a keen awareness of the personalities at the table and methodologies to utilize the best each person has to offer. Previously, Ms. Colón worked in a boutique law firm in Aventura, Florida where she litigated corporate and real estate matters, drafted corporate and real estate related documents, and facilitated finance work for acquisitions of large scale portfolios and projects (ex. $3,700,000 medical office portfolio; $1,875,000 construction loan; $500,000 private loan).
